SITE PLANNING
Site analysis. Analyze and record a site's physical and locational characteristics while identifying limitations and design opportunities in the broadest sense.
Schematic Design.Provide a review of site conditions to determine relationtional connections between program elements and existing site features.
Master Plans..Develop comprehensive landscape and hardscape program that synthesizes client requirements with the site's physical design opportunities.
Zoning. Prepare exhibits necessary for rezoning hearings. Interface with regulatory staff and attend hearings as requested. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
Design Guidelines. Document solid landscape and hardscape principles, plant materials, hardscape elements, site furnishings, etc. to accompany a comprehensive design plan.
Construction Documentation. Develop full design and detailing for swimming pools, decks, tennis courts, playgrounds, etc.
Specialty Gardens. Design specialty gardens that focus on a diverse and unique collection of plants, landscape features and cultural heritage.
Interior Landscapes. Design of elements in an enclosed environment such as lobbies, atriums and conservatories.
Renovation. Remodel/retrofit existing elements, both commercial and residential.
Signage Design. Develop full design and detailing for entry monuments and on-site signage including lighting.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Budgeting & Scheduling. Determine construction time-line and costs, including labor and materials, upon approval of drawings and manage throughout delivery of project.
Construction Observation. Maintain regular review and coordination with clients, contractors, vendors and project team members.
Plant Procurement. Ensure quality control and provide cost-savings by purchasing plant materials for clients; personally "tag" trees and shrubs when possible.
PRESENTATION MATERIALS
Rendered Site Plans. Provide marker and pencil comps as well as computer generated site plans in color for presentation and/or marketing purposes.
Perspective Drawings. Provide hand-rendered drawings of key landscape features, such as amenities, streetscapes, etc.
